Chabot has developed heat treatment in the 80’s in order to answer car equipments' demands .
Composition of the furnaces :
A 900°C furnace of hardening : 250 x 160 x 420
A 1100°C furnace of hardening : 350 x 300 x 300
A 1100°C furnace of hardening : 350 x 350 x 400
A 500°C furnace of income

Heat treatment on special steels :
Z160; 35NCD16; 60NCD11; Z200C12; 55NCD13; Z40CDV5
Hardness obtained up to 60 HRC.

Hardness control after hardening and income on durometer AFFRI by print diamond Points following AFNOR Normalizes.
